At Backyard Goodness, we treat your gardening products with the same care we’d give our own garden. We believe in nurturing the environment just as much as we nurture your plants, so we pack each order thoughtfully. We steer clear of plastic tape and filler, and we use only the right-sized boxes to keep your items safe while minimising waste. Cardboard boxes are reused or shredded to protect your products during their journey from our warehouse to your garden. Feel free to repurpose these boxes for your no-dig garden beds or compost bins!
Details on when you will get your order
- Orders placed before 11:00 am on working days are typically shipped the same or next day.
- Deliveries within the Netherlands are usually made within 3-5 working days (except garden beds).
- For garden beds, we are working together with our partner, Ecotuintje, that will contact for specific delivery and assembly information - standard beds delivered within 2-4 days, and customized beds typically delivered within 2-4 weeks.
- For pick-up, items will be ready within 3-5 days, with pick-up time and location details to be shared.

Picking up orders - Moes Tuinen members ONLY
We work closely with Moes Tuinen (Amstelveen) and have select products available for pick up there. If you are from MOES Tuinen, please add your garden number in the comments section.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95. This fee may be subject to pricing changes and VAT charges.
Free delivery on orders above EUR 75, except for large items; namely Potting Compost and Worm compost.
