At Backyard Goodness, we’re more than just a business—
we’re gardeners, educators, mentors, and advocates for
growing your own food movement. We’re dedicated to making
gardening accessible to everyone, equipping our community
with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to grow their food
and create beautiful, productive green spaces. Through our
efforts, we aim to inspire and build thriving urban gardeners,
where communities are empowered to live healthier, more
sustainable lives.

To achieve our mission, we specialize in urban gardening, with
a strong focus on No Dig, a sustainable gardening practice
that enhances soil health and reduces the need for unnecessary
work. We meet people where they are and at their skill level
with personalized 1:1 coaching, dynamic group workshops, and
comprehensive guides tailored to urban gardeners.

Our shop is an extension of our mission, offering a carefully
selected range of gardening products designed to help every
gardener succeed. Each product is chosen for its quality,
sustainability, and proven effectiveness. We work closely
with partners who share our commitment to excellence and
sustainability, ensuring that everything we offer is something
