A continuous supply of fresh greens, flavorful herbs, and root vegetables is the ultimate design for salad lovers. This bed can still thrive in partial shade. Begin the year with early salad greens. As the seasons change, savor the rich tastes of winter greens and root vegetables. 

Each of our garden recipes are designed to grow various vegetables throughout the year. In our Recipe, we will enjoy some early spinach and salad leaves late spring, coupled with turnip and beets for summer, and later with more greens and Rutabaga in cooler months.

Flexible garden bed sizes

We use a 120x120 cm garden bed as the canvas. 120x120 cm is an ideal size for small to medium gardens allowing for efficient use of space, while being easy to manage. If 120cm x 120cm doesn't match your garden size you can easily adjust the garden bed recipe to either expand it for larger beds or take out parts for smaller beds.
