The Tomate Cœur de Bœuf Géant Reif Red is a mid-season heirloom variety from Italy, introduced by J. Reif of Pennsylvania. It produces large, firm, and meaty fruits averaging 250 to 500 grams, with some reaching up to 700 grams. The dense flesh contains few seeds and offers a sweet, excellent flavor. This variety is known for its good resistance to cracking and provides a generous, consistent yield from mid-season until frost. The vigorous plants have slender stems and airy foliage.
