Species-specific cultivation instructions
Sowing: Sow thinly from February to March in a nursery or under frames, and from April to August directly in the ground.
Transplanting: When seedlings have a few leaves, transplant them to a sunny location in fertile, humus-rich, and cool soil, spacing 20 cm apart in all directions.
Watering: Moderate; keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.
Harvest: Approximately 2 months after sowing.
